Personal Profile: My name is Peter Kim and I’ve been in this line of work since 1984. I’ve built 14 restaurants in the 22 years of business, of which I currently own and operate three restaurants in San Antonio and also operate two with a partner.

I specialize catering to a lot of the businesses in town because my restaurants are located inside high rise office buildings. This does not limit me to catering other personal affairs like Christmas parties, Weddings, Birthday parties and Grand opening parties.
